We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The right person will take ownership of equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant.
This is a 1st or 2nd shift direct hire position.
1st shift: 7am-3pm
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and plant systems
- Diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Handle electrical and plumbing work as needed
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus)
- Assist with continuous improvement and support other departments when required
Qualifications
- Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting from 5V DC up to 480V 3-phase
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with PLC software (RS5/RS500 or similar) preferred
- Exposure to robotics or automated manufacturing a plus
- Die casting or foundry experience beneficial but not required
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, variable-temperature environment
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when production requires
