Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Conway, SC. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $33.65/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing lines using Allen-Bradley PLC ladder logic and HMIs
• Diagnose field sensors, I/O modules, and control circuits
• Diagnose, repair, and wire 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain motor drives, starters, VFDs, and AC/DC motors
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on high-pressure industrial hydraulic systems
• Repair and service proportional valves, pumps, manifolds, and hydraulic cylinders
• Execute mechanical repairs on gearboxes, drive shafts, bearings, and heavy-duty production machinery
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and plant safety standards
• Work at heights on catwalks, platforms, and elevated work areas
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to environmental and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, motor controls, and automated production equipment
• Experience working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
• Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
• Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial production equipment
• Ability to work safely in a hot manufacturing environment
• Ability to work at heights as required
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
