POSITION TITLE: Maintenance
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Thursday)
Salary: $25.00-$27.00 plus $1.75 shift differential
Position Summary
We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems within our manufacturing environment. Your work will directly support safety, efficiency, and overall production success.
What You'll Do
As part of our maintenance team, you will:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and collaborating with team members
- Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing or repairing components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts
- Support upkeep of the facility, including building structures and systems
- Operate tools such as cutting torches or welding equipment when needed
- Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve processes
- Follow and support all plant safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Maintain accurate records of parts, supplies, and maintenance activities
- Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and systems
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and inventory of replacement parts
- Work with external contractors and maintain vendor relationships
- Support occasional off-shift or on-call maintenance needs
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, gauges, and measuring devices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in paper converting or similar operations
- Project coordination or maintenance leadership experience

Physical Requirements
