Description
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Elyria, OH
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. If you have strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems.
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control circuits preferred.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay:$23-$26/hour (Based on Experience)
