Title: Maintenance Technician - Level 1
Pay Rate:$23-24/HR on W2
Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm, potential for OT, some emergency on-call work
Location: 171 Industry Drive Bland VA 24315
Flexible - both buildings need support.
* There will potentially be a maintenance van in the future.
* Multi-skilled technician - Handyman (does a little bit of everything)
* Preventative maintenance items - lots of sinks/restroom work, etc.
* Limited electrical work
* No CDL required for the van - may want to have an MVR.
* Duration - 3-4 months
