Wingate Management Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 115-unit family apartment community in LaGrange, GA. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience who enjoys solving problems, completing apartment turnovers, and delivering excellent service to residents.
$19.00 - $21.00 per Hour
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation Every Other Week

What You Will Do
- Complete maintenance and repair work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance tasks.
- Perform apartment turnovers including painting, patching holes, repairs, inspections, and preparing units for new residents.
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain community grounds and common areas, including trash pickup and property inspections.
- Identify and address maintenance concerns proactively to ensure a safe and attractive living environment.
- Participate in the on-call rotation every other week and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Computer proficiency is a plus
