This position is a full -time hourly position
working 40 hours per week and may include some evening and weekend hours.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Repair and perform
maintenance on all equipment<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Report, maintain
and preventative procedures for swimming pool including pumps, filters, motors,
plumbing and chemical balancing
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain exterior
grounds including grass cutting, shrubs and snow removal<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Electrical &
Lighting—preventative maintenance, maintain, repair or replace lighting as
needed <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain HVAC
systems though filter changes, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Conduct schedule preventative maintenance on association assets as required<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Ability to use a computerized maintenance ticket software system<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3><\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Two years of education
in a related field and / or 3+ years’ experience in a related field<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Experience in an
carpentry, aquatic facility or pool operations is preferred<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Technical skills
in the areas of electrical, controls, pneumatics, plumbing, HVAC and boiler
operations<\/span><\/span>
