Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. This is a
hands-on maintenance technician role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, repairing machines, and keeping production running smoothly. Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay $22+ per hour, based on experience
- Initial training on day shift (7:00am–3:00pm), then transition to the assigned shift
Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Previous industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Working knowledge of 3-phase industrial wiring
- Must provide own tools
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen
Preferred but not required:- PLC troubleshooting or programming experience
- Allen Bradley drive experience (including 1395 drives)
- Welding or fabrication experience
- 2-year engineering technology degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Work with PLC systems, ladder logic, and industrial electrical systems
- Support facility maintenance needs including HVAC, plumbing, and welding repairs
