Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding - Peachtree City, GA 

About the Role

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician (Injection Molding) to join a leading manufacturing facility in Peachtree City, GA. This position is critical to ensuring smooth production operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement in a high-volume injection molding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic injection molding machinery and related equipment.

  • Analyze and resolve root causes for quality issues in assembly, molds, and molding processes.

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical repairs.

  • Maintain and repair conveying systems, pumps, and heat exchangers.

  • Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate process controls including PLCs, VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and load cells.

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Provide hands-on training to strengthen the technical capabilities of the team.

  • Collaborate with production leaders to align machine assignments and support production schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 2 years’ maintenance/technical experience in a plastic injection molding facility.

  • Minimum 2 years’ mechanical/electrical experience.

  • At least 3 years of general preventative maintenance experience in a medical injection molding or related regulated industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (Medical or Food industry).

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

  • Experience in welding, fabrication, and use of hand/power tools.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

  • Night Shift: 6:46 PM – 7:15 AM

  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then alternate)

  • Work Environment: 100% on-site in a fast-paced production facility
