Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay Rate: $36.31 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and controls experience, preferably in a GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS/Maximo.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, controls, and automation issues.
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and help reduce downtime.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow all safety, GMP, FDA, ISO, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
• PLC/controls troubleshooting experience preferred.
• GMP/FDA/ISO-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
