Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic controls and automation-related issues. Monitor equipment performance cycle times and production metrics to achieve OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness targets. Utilize CMMS systems Maximo preferred to document maintenance activities and equipment history. Read and interpret blueprints electrical schematics technical manuals and work instructions. Use diagnostic software test equipment precision measurement tools and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records repair documentation and compliance-related reports. Collaborate with Production Engineering Quality Vendors and Contractors to ensure efficient operations. Support investigations involving equipment-related quality issues and non-conformances. Ensure compliance with GMP FDA ISO QMS EMS and company safety standards. Participate in audits inspections and equipment validation activities. Prioritize maintenance tasks based on production impact and equipment criticality. Cross-train on multiple manufacturing processes and equipment platforms. Support scheduled overtime and emergency maintenance activities as needed.This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.Schedule 3rd Shift 930 PM to 530 AMThe Ideal Candidate will have High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance or equipment maintenance experience. Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Mechanical Systems Electrical Systems Pneumatic Systems Automation Equipment Industrial Controls PLC-Controlled Equipment Experience working in GMP FDA ISO Medical Device Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Food Manufacturing Electronics Manufacturing or Highly Regulated Environments preferred. Experience utilizing CMMS systems such as Maximo SAP PM or similar maintenance software.
