    As a Maintenance Technician III, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our resort's facilities. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety. You will work closely with the maintenance team and management to address any issues and implement effective solutions.

    • Perform regular maintenance and inspections of the resort's pool and related equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters, lubricating equipment, and performing preventive maintenance checks.
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
    • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and share knowledge to enhance overall team performance.
    • Train and mentor junior technicians on troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and attend relevant training sessions to enhance your skills.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
    • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and reporting any potential hazards or safety concerns.
    • Work closely with management to develop and implement maintenance strategies and long-term plans.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong background in pool maintenance and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
    • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
    • Willingness to train and mentor other technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard maintenance software and tools is an advantage.
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
    • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
