Job Summary
The individual in this position performs a wide range of semi-skilled and skilled structural, plumbing, and electrical building maintenance duties for the HPHA. Key responsibilities include the troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of structural and plumbing components within housing units, alongside painting and scheduled preventive maintenance. Additionally, the position requires maintaining detailed logs and preparing reports that comply with agency regulations
Qualifications
Associate degree in Building Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, apartment, or commercial building maintenance
Valid driver's license preferred
