    Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) is looking for Maintenance Technician II to join our team! If you have experience or training in residential or commercial maintenance repair, this may be the job for you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make regular inspections of assigned buildings and facilities to ensure they are kept according to requirements.
    • Diagnose existing problems and initiate action.
    • Plan and schedule necessary maintenance, establishing work and activity priorities.
    • Prepare plans, sketches and project follow through.
    • Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
    • Perform various maintenance and repair tasks.
    • Supervise skilled and semi-skilled employees in maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other general upkeep which involves furnishings, structures, floor covering, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and related systems.
    • Schedule relief, emergency, and vacation coverage.
    • Follow safety regulations and standards, and all policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • High School or GED.
    • 3+ years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. Formal training in related fields will substitute on a year for year basis.
    • Experience with leading a team.
    • Driver''s License
