We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing operations through multi-craft equipment maintenance with a focus on reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and other production machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions
• Install, align, and adjust mechanical drive systems
• Replace faulty components and perform system testing
• Conduct wiring, lighting, and electrical fixture installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing or equivalent technical experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical background
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and precision measuring tools
• Experience with standard shop equipment and tools
• Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, CMMS, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• 2-year technical degree preferred
• Certification testing completed successfully

• Complete annual maintenance skills assessments and ongoing training
• Follow all safety procedures; report unsafe conditions immediately
• Work safely in an industrial environment with physical demands
