As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in supporting production and facility operations by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
  • Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and setup projects
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts
  • Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track work orders and repairs
  • Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a related technical degree, or 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and basic electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment preferred
  • Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
