As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a key role in supporting production and facility operations by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and setup projects
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts
- Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track work orders and repairs
- Safely operate forklifts, lifts, and other maintenance equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a related technical degree, or 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment preferred
- Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
