As a Maintenance Technician II at Liv Ahwatukee, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while helping maintain our beautiful communities. What You'll Do
- Complete service requests with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, pool, and general maintenance projects.
- Inspect amenities, common areas, and community grounds to ensure exceptional curb appeal.
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and team members to complete projects effectively.
- Follow safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building positive resident relationships.
What We're Looking For

- Have previous apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience.
- Possess working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or building systems.
