Maintenance Technician II - Facilities (Full-time)

Morningstar Living, a premier senior living community, is currently hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II at our Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA.

This full-timerole offers consistent hours and long-term stability, working 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. The pay range for this position is $21–$24 per hour, based on experience.

What will I do in the role of Maintenance Technician II?

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the campus
• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records
• Diagnose mechanical or facility issues, replace or repair parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments
• Provide scheduled and emergency repairs of buildings and equipment
• Participate in emergency response procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents
• Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed

What do I need in the role of Maintenance Technician II?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
• Proficiency in one or more skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or painting
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
