Americhem- Maintenance Tech II - 1st Shift
We are actively hiring a maintenance technician to join our team at our Dalton Plant. Americhem is one of the world's largest manufacturers of custom color concentrates.
Shift: 1st Shift (7am to 3pm)
Maintenance Tech Requirements/Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Maintenance Tech Knowledge and Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
- knowledge in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to trouble shoot issues and employ problem solving strategies.
Maintenance Tech Essential Duties:
- Repair and maintain various machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
- Work with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Trouble Shooting equipment failures.
- Performing preventative maintenance, and repairs to machinery.
