As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll take the lead on maintaining and repairing our facilities-ensuring every space meets safety, comfort, and compliance standards that support quality care. From performing skilled trade work to assisting with small in-house projects, your expertise helps sustain the environments where healing and hope thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs across facilities while ensuring compliance with local building, safety, and fire codes.
  • Enter and track work orders using the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Work independently to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Assist with in-house facility projects and collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all regulatory and safety procedures.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, or a similar skilled trade preferred
  • Skilled in at least one (1) trade preferred
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance methods and procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and equipment operation preferred
  • Working knowledge and ability to perform general building repair practices and methods preferred
  • A valid driver's license at the time of hire required
  • Enjoy hands-on work that keeps buildings safe, functional, and welcoming.
  • Have experience with trades or building systems and like seeing the impact of your skills every day.
  • Are dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Take pride in supporting the mission and daily operations that make a difference in your community.
