Industrial Maintenance Technician II | 2nd ShiftLocation: Strafford, MOShift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 1:30 AMPay: $26-$28/hour (Based on Experience)

Position OverviewAmerican Products is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to support plant operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This role is key to ensuring uptime, safety, and efficiency across our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPerform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) independentlyDiagnose equipment issues including motors, switches, breakers, and power systemsWork with 480V, 230V (3-phase), and single-phase electrical systemsDisassemble and repair machinery to correct malfunctionsFabricate or repair parts using shop equipment (lathe, drill press, grinder, welding)Inspect components for wear, misalignment, or failureMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentSupport facility maintenance needs as required

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systemsKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience working with CMMS systemsIndustrial Maintenance certification (or currently enrolled) preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a team
