Maintenance Technician (ID #529985)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, switches, relays, and control systems.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs and equipment issues.
• Follow all OSHA, safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing procedures.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
