Job description:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and keeping production running? Were looking for a motivated technician to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in maintaining our production equipment and facility.

What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues quickly to minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic schematics and blueprints.
- Complete repairs on industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors when advanced troubleshooting is required.
- Inspect machinery to identify potential issues before failures occur.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation.
- Support continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
What Were Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience working on production equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the production team.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
