Maintenance Technician I

Salary: $18-$22/hr.

What You'll Do
- Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical resets, light fixtures)
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and filter changes
- Handle work orders quickly and efficiently
- Perform property inspections and maintain curb appeal
- Support painting, drywall, and minor carpentry projects
- Work alongside senior techs on larger repairs
What You Need
- Basic maintenance or hands-on experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Valid driver's license
