Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field is a plus.
• Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

Experience Requirements

• Previous maintenance, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic troubleshooting and repair experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to learn equipment maintenance procedures and machine operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pneumatics and pneumatic systems.
• Experience rebuilding, cleaning, and maintaining pneumatic pumps.
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of machine setup, operation, and preventative maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Capable of working in a manufacturing environment around moving machinery.
• Able to safely handle tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Job Duties

• Clean, inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with machine setup and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Support production staff with equipment adjustments and maintenance needs.
• Follow operating procedures, safety standards, and hazardous material handling requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while helping improve equipment reliability, productivity, and workplace safety.

What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

A Maintenance Technician helps ensure equipment, machinery, and facility systems remain safe, reliable, and ready to support daily production. This role combines mechanical expertise, technical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices to maintain efficient operations.
