Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (expected pay increase upon conversion to a permanent position)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Overtime may be available)

Position Summary

DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V circuits and control voltages.
• Perform mechanical maintenance such as changing bearings, repairing fans, and replacing motors.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with basic forklift maintenance and repairs.
• Safely work in hot environments, climb ladders, and operate manlifts as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Follow company maintenance and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Working knowledge of 480V electrical systems and control circuits.
• Basic plumbing and forklift repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in warm industrial environments.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn; training can be provided for the right candidate.
