    PositionSummary: 

    Conduct critical preventative maintenance and repairs across all GWH locations, equipment, and structural fixtures.  In this role, you ensure our facilities remain safe, operational, and welcoming for associates and visitors alike.  A frontline responder for property upkeep, directly contributing to organizational efficiency and safety. 

     

    EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities: 

    • Execute, track, and close out daily maintenance work orders efficiently using internal systems. 

    • Perform routine property maintenance, including window, door, hardware, and drywall/wall repairs. 

    • Repair broken or leaking plumbing fixtures to prevent water damage and restore full functionality. 

    • Perform basic maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure consistent facility climate control. 

    • Complete interior/exterior painting, drywall patching, and aesthetic touch-ups as needed. 

    • Conduct routine maintenance inspections to proactively identify and fix safety hazards while ensuring facilities comply with local, state, and federal building standards. 

    • Clean, organize, and maintain GWH tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure long-term functionality.   

    • Maintain and submit necessary paperwork and digital logs to track issues, resolution times, and material costs. 

    • Safely operate assigned company vehicles, promptly reporting any incidents, defects, damage, or violations. 

    • Perform other duties as directed by management to support evolving organizational needs.
