Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability, production uptime, and safe operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain and repair diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and operational standards
- Document maintenance activities and communicate ongoing equipment issues
Qualifications
- 2+ years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience repairing diesel-powered forklifts required
- Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends
- Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
