Brookside Properties is seeking an EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at Vetra Drake's Creek, a beautiful apartment community in Hendersonville, TN.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain community buildings and common areas
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• Follow all safety standards and maintain company equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
