Stefanini is looking for Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CA

Work Hours: Monday to Friday with possible overtime
Work Location: Hayward, CA
Shift: Shift would start out from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm/ 8:30 am- 5:00 pm and eventually shift to a swing shift, possibly 11:00am - 7:30pm
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Replace worn parts and perform minor repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning or line-down equipment to ensure manufacturing continues running.
- Assist senior maintenance technician with complex repairs.
- Document completed work per GMP requirements and maintain maintenance records.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years' experience in a maintenance role - manufacturing and equipment/facilities preferred.
- Mechanical background and experience.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools, mechanical systems, preventative maintenance procedures, safety practices (lock out tag/out, PPE, etc.)
- GME/GMP experience preferred.
- Experience in reading drawings, P&IDs, electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience/knowledge of HVAC, pumps, servos/motors, chillers, freezers, air handlers, compressors.
- Strong problem solving skills and basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with Maximo software a plus.
