Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of our shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the entire plant, working with machines such as slitters, cutters, printers, grinders, wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers. In addition to machine maintenance, this role includes performing facility work involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical maintenance, and machinery upkeep.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and maintain plant machinery including slitters, cutters, printers, grinders, wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers.
+ Perform general facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
+ Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs as needed.
+ Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal machinery performance.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues within the plant.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
+ Experience in preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance.
+ Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, mechanical repair, and hydraulics.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
