About the Role We are seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support the daily upkeep of a 200,000 sq. ft. commercial property complex in Miami, FL. This role focuses on routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general building support across multiple trades.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded maintenance professional comfortable handling day-to-day issues including electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and basic HVAC maintenance and minor repairs.
The role may be filled by one full-time technician or two part-time technicians with overlapping schedules to ensure continuous on-site coverage during business hours.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including:
Drywall patching, painting, and touch-ups
Replacing light switches, outlets, and light fixtures
