Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our day shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. The ideal candidate can follow directions, work independently, and is eager to learn and grow through mentorship. Experienced, self-motivated candidates are also highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment
- Conduct inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and facility upgrades
- Respond promptly to maintenance and service requests
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar role
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus)
