Job Description
To complete work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance
To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
To prepare units for move‑ins (make ready)
To troubleshoot maintenance issues quickly and safely
To ensure property upkeep and quality standards
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience
Own tools required
EPA Type II or Universal Certification (for HVAC work)
Ability to complete general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Reliable and able to work the listed schedule
