? What You'll Be Doing
+ Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
+ Perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs
+ Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
+ Respond to resident service requests and provide excellent customer service
+ Conduct preventative maintenance to keep properties running smoothly
+ Work with a supportive maintenance team to maintain safe and comfortable communities
? We're Looking For Someone Who Has
+ Property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or related experience
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
+ Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
