Now Hiring Maintenance Technician

Location: Greeneville, TN

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd - 10pm to 6am

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of MIG welding training, schooling, or on-the-job experience required

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred
  • MIG welding experience required
  • Basic tool room and machinist knowledge preferred
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexible and dependable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
  • Complete MIG welding repairs related to maintenance issues
  • Repair and maintain weld fixtures
  • Operate tool room equipment and machinery
  • Assist with prototype and test unit construction
  • Perform daily and monthly maintenance inspections and audits
  • Maintain maintenance records and documentation
  • Execute assigned preventive maintenance schedules
  • Support production operations by resolving equipment-related issues
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach, stoop, and kneel as needed
  • Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to work in a production plant environment for the entire shift

What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the long-term performance of equipment through inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires technical knowledge, mechanical skill, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
