Maintenance Technician - Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $23.00 to $24.00 / hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

We're seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations at our Grand Rapids property.

What You'll Do

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively
• Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Computer proficiency is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, particularly with boilers and heating systems.
• Experience with general plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance is essential.
