The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall community appeal, satisfied customers through quick response and quality make readies. Working as a team to reduce costs and find innovative ways to build value. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and HVAC work!
Responsibilities
Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents
Perform general maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, painting, and repairs
Conduct daily property walks and assist with community upkeep
Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to prioritize tasks and meet daily goals
Ensure a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and customer service throughout the community
We are hiring for two roles currently - pay range scaled for those with HVAC experience
On-call and renewal bonuses are not included in the hourly wage
Salary range includes hourly based on experience, plus bonuses
A Day in the Life
Each day begins with a brief maintenance meeting with your supervisor to review daily goals and assignments. After a quick property walk and clean-up, service requests and apartment turns are assigned based on skill set. Throughout the day, you will troubleshoot maintenance issues, complete repairs, and help ensure our community remains a place residents are proud to call home.
