Maintenance Technicians ensure that industrial machines and equipment are maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in industrial equipment.
Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
Assist with the installation of new equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
Willingness to work overtime and emergency call-ins as needed.
