Key responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production equipment, material handling equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; diagnose root cause and complete repairs.
Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns; communicate status and expected completion time.
Complete work orders and document repairs, parts used, and follow-up actions.
Support installation, relocation, and improvement projects (equipment moves, guards, conveyors, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) and all safety rules.
Identify hazards, report near-misses, and help drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience (or equivalent training).
Working knowledge of mechanical systems (bearings, belts, gearboxes, motors, pumps).
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and follow manuals/schematics.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic tools.
Comfortable working on ladders/lifts and in industrial environments.
Preferred qualifications
Electrical troubleshooting experience (120/240/480V) and ability to use a multimeter.
Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting.
Welding/fabrication experience (MIG/Stick) and basic machining experience.
CMRT/CFM or similar maintenance certifications.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting (basic input/output checks).
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in varying temperatures/nois
