Install, repair, and upgrade various grinding, mixing, Pulverizing, Spray Drying, Heating, Cooling, Packaging, etc. Equipment for food ingredients manufacturers.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial-grade electro-mechanical equipment.
• Train facility operators and technicians on proper start-up, operation, shut-down, and cleaning methods for equipment.
• Diagnose and repair vacuum pumps, motors, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Components:
• MECHANICAL: Rollers, Gears, Sprockets, Bearings, Bushings, Wheels, Feeders, Belts, Feeders, and similar.
• ELECTRICAL: Motor Drives, Variable Frequency Drives, Tension Controllers, Power Supplies, Torque Controllers, Scales, and similar.
• HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC: Spray Injectors, Pistons, Pumps, Compressors, Tubing, Valves, Toggle Valves, Connectors, Actuators, Pneumatic Brakes, and similar.
