Staffworks Group is seeking 3rd shift Maintenance Technicians

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment in accordance with electrical codes and blueprints
  • Diagnose electrical malfunctions, repair or replace faulty components, and ensure equipment is operating correctly
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure optimal machine performance
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements accurately
  • Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and plant personnel to resolve equipment issues and improve processes
Required Skills / Requirements
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, with emphasis on CNC machine and mechanical press troubleshooting and repair
  • Knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
Preferred Skills (Top Requirements per Hiring Manager)
  • Strong experience diagnosing electrical malfunctions, repairing or replacing faulty components, and ensuring proper equipment operation
  • Experience in a production environment with CNC machines and mechanical press repair/troubleshooting
  • Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problem-solving skills
Required Experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with electrical troubleshooting experience
  • CNC machine troubleshooting and repair experience strongly preferred
  • Mechanical-only candidates may be considered if highly skilled with CNC equipment
  • Candidates with facilities maintenance backgrounds are not being considered
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
