Description

Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for a client in Elkhart, IN. This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with painting and blasting is a plus, as equipment is refinished and attention to detail is important.

Shift and Compensation 
  • Monday-Friday 7-3:30 PM
    Compensation is from 49,920 USD to 56,160 USD
Job Duties
  • Install, dismantle, repair, rebuild, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Inspect and repair mechanical components, including bearings, gearboxes, drive systems, and power transmission components.
  • Assist with machinery moving, rigging, alignment, and precision equipment installation.
  • Perform equipment refinishing tasks, including painting and blasting, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following established safety procedures.
Background Profile
  • Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Industrial Machinery Mechanic, or in a related role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot various machinery systems.
  • Experience with corrugated box-making machinery, converting equipment, or packaging machinery is a plus.
  • Must have personal hand tools; specialty tools will be provided.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.
