Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $28–$34/hr based on experience
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Day and Night Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotating schedule-will work 2 weekends a month

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support machinery and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime
- Clean, grease, and service manufacturing equipment
- Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- Hydraulics
- Conveyors
- VFDs
- Electrical systems
- Pneumatics
- Automation equipment
- Feeders, mills, kilns
- Read and interpret technical documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Safely use hand tools and power tools
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong mechanical background
- Drug and background screening
- Receptive to coaching and feedback
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Capable of repetitive movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
