    Description

    HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) in the manufacturing industry in Washington, MO!


    Salary: $32–$36 per hour + ample overtime available

    Shift: Night Shift 7p-7a M-F

    Location: Washington, MO


    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
    • Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints
    • Diagnose and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electronic circuits, motors, and control systems
    • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and other electrical testing equipment
    • Rebuild, repair, and install mechanical and electrical components and equipment
    • Fabricate or modify parts and systems to support production goals
    • Maintain clear communication across shifts and with leadership on maintenance issues
    • Contribute to plant-wide goals for safety, quality, and continuous improvement


    Education Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
    • Strong working knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFDs, overhead cranes, forklifts, and heavy industrial wiring
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • Familiarity with PLCs and other automated control systems
    • Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
    • Comfortable using Windows-based software and maintenance systems
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
