Maintenance Technician

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Ability to read basic blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with power transmission, industrial controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Experience with programmable controllers
• Solid occupational math and problem-solving skills
• Industrial maintenance safety knowledge

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift/move up to 30 lbs; occasionally 50+ lbs
• Regularly stand, walk, reach, and handle equipment; occasionally climb, balance, or crouch

What You'll Do

• Install, set up, and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using diagnostic and condition-monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot and repair molding machines using a systematic, root-cause approach
• Support general facility maintenance and help keep the production floor safe and organized
