About the Role:
Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process control systems, while supporting preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a day shift position with a Monday - Friday schedule typically from 7:00am to 3:00pm (on call rotation every other weekend).

The hourly range for a Maintenance Technician is $32.00 to $36.00. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this pay range is for a successful candidate in the Chicagoland area. The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
