    What We''re Looking For

    • HVAC certification preferred (training opportunities available)
    • 3-5 years of maintenance experience
    • Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and general apartment maintenance
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
    • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work
    • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
    • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to service requests involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pools
    • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and property assets
    • Identify and correct hazardous conditions promptly
    • Deliver resident communications as needed
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
    • Participate in the on-call rotation
