What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the plant floor
- Set up and operate shop machinery including drill presses, grinders, welders, and cutting torches
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production reliability
- Manage work orders using a CMMS and maintain accurate parts inventory
- Operate forklifts and aerial lift platforms while upholding strict safety and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical, mechanical, or combination)
- Proficiency reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints
- Strong industrial electrical background: PLCs, DC drives, 3-phase motors, 480V and below
- High school diploma or equivalent; craft certification or technical education a plus
