**Primary Responsibilities:
**
Continuously monitor all installed equipment and systems for proper operation.
Troubleshoot, identify, and safely implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance solutions.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance using eMaint maintenance software.
Manage sub-contractors and generate purchase orders for parts and services.
Prepare maintenance reports by collecting and analyzing data.
Instruct production workers in routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitor compliance.
Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment.
**Technical Skills & Knowledge:
**
Basic electrical knowledge (480/240/120 volts)
Familiarity with bearings, power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, fluid pumping, welding, and rigging.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematic drawings.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Use of hand, power, and specialized tools.
Experience with brazing and open-air furnaces a plus.
PLC troubleshooting and AutoCAD experience preferred, but not required.

**Physical Requirements:
**
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks: pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand for extended periods.
**Qualifications:
**
Minimum 5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently or with minimal supervision.
Basic math skills.
Experience in welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance.
